We operate a no–quibble returns policy and if you return an item within 30 days of receipt, we’ll give you back the amount you paid for the item or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer.
HOW DOES “CLICK AND COLLECT” WORK?
Although there are limited collection points at this stage, HOBOKO is happy to offer a “Click and Collect” option by appointment from HOBOKO headquarters: Fletcher’s Yard, Ness Hall, East Ness, YORK, YO62 5XD, during office hours by appointment 07818 013831, or firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We want you to be happy with your purchase but if you are not– no problem – just send the item back to us and, depending on your preferences and stock levels, we’ll either exchange it or give you a full refund.You can return any item within 30 days of receipt provided that the products are returned in the original packaging and be in perfect condition: they must be unworn, unmarked and unwashed.
We will not be able to refund your postage.
If you would like to exchange your purchase, please mark clearly your preferences.We will send your exchange free of charge, excluding SALE or CLEARANCE items.
Please complete the returns form, or include a note with your name, address, email address, daytime telephone number and customer number if possible. Please let us know what you are returning and why.

Please always include a daytime telephone number and your email address in case we need to contact you about the return. Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURNS?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible. Once your parcel has been received it can take up to 5 working days to fulfil your request.
WHAT IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY?
A refund will be offered if the goods are faulty.
We are always very disappointed on the rare occasions our customers receive a faulty item. If you have identified the fault within 30 days of purchase, then you can return the item under our normal return procedure for exchange or refund. Make sure you let us know about the fault so we can make sure other items are not affected. We will refund any postage on a faulty item, and ensure you are reimbursed for standard return postage on the item.
Please note that all products are 100% cotton and should be washed on a cold setting. The colours are colour fast. Each garment is made individually, so there is likely to be slight differences to colour and cut. Each one is unique.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I RECEIVED AS A GIFT?
An item that was received as a gift can be returned for an exchange.Refunds can only be made to the original paypal account on which the gift was purchased. This does not affect the purchaser’s legal rights.
